Event Promotion Specialist

At Leaf Home, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Event Promotion Specialist to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and generating sales leads through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers at various events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend consumer-facing shows, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, to showcase our products and services.
  • Interact with event attendees, provide informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Transport, assemble, and disassemble lightweight display equipment and marketing collateral to ensure a professional presentation.
  • Submit sales leads at the conclusion of each shift and meet predetermined performance goals for each event.
Requirements:
  • Part-time hours with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to actively listen, rebut objections, and answer questions regarding our products and services.
  • Must have a smartphone to use our timekeeping application and submit leads.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and have reliable transportation to/from job sites.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry.
Travel Requirements:
  • Occasional overnight travel required.
