Job Title: Safety Support Associate Pathway Home

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Interim Housing Team as a Safety Support Associate at the Pathways to Home office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our program participants, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site rounds to identify and address potential safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with the onsite case management team to provide support and ensure a safe environment.
  • Coordinate with contracted security agencies to ensure the site is secure.
  • Assist with drafting written documentation and correspondence regarding safety and security concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience working with vulnerable populations and/or security and/or de-escalation/nonviolent crisis intervention.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
