Your role is vital in facilitating the successful delivery of products to our clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met. Essentially, you play a significant role in ensuring that the final products reach the appropriate recipients in a timely and accurate manner.
Shift Details:
2nd Shift - Monday through Friday (2:00pm - 10:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support the packing line with accurate packing instructions based on sales orders.
- Manage the flow of packaged goods to the weighing stations.
- Conduct inspections of packages to confirm correct materials, sizes, identification, packaging, and weights.
- Weigh packages and input data into the AS 400 system, generating tags and documenting orders to ensure accuracy.
- Verify tags against sales orders to confirm correctness and completeness of information.
- Balance production at the conclusion of each order.
- Document and analyze production as necessary.
- Ensure all materials and production flows are accounted for upon completion.
- Oversee the movement of materials to and from scales and storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory checks of tagging and packaging supplies.
- Check scales daily to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications for Success:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to adhere to all order instructions and complete necessary documentation.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, with the ability to accurately track and input data into the AS 400 system.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
- Capability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
