Key Responsibilities
  • As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will evaluate patient and family health concerns, implement care plans, and assess outcomes.
  • Deliver professional nursing care and interventions to patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
  • Provide care across various age groups, from young adults to seniors, while demonstrating an understanding of their unique developmental needs.
  • Actively engage in fulfilling the organization's mission and embody its core values in your daily practice.

In the dynamic environment of emergency nursing, no two days are alike. You will be required to multitask effectively, prioritizing patients based on their medical needs while providing emergency triage. Collaborating with a skilled clinical team, you will deliver critical care, including performing IV insertions, catheter placements, and assisting with advanced procedures.

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate strong teamwork, professionalism, and critical thinking abilities. A proactive attitude towards additional responsibilities, such as enhancing patient experiences, is essential. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of experience as an emergency room RN.
  • ADN degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
  • Current RN license in Arizona or a compact state license at the time of hire.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (to be obtained within 30 days).
  • Demonstrated kindness and compassion towards all individuals in the healthcare setting.
