Medical Director for Quality and Pediatrics

AMN Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Pediatrics Medical Director to oversee operations, quality, and value-based performance metrics in an outpatient clinic. This leadership position offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of clinical operations, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Leadership in quality improvement initiatives, driving process improvements and metric enhancements.
- Collaboration with leadership across departments to develop and implement innovative strategies.
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare providers.
- 5+ years of post-residency experience in ambulatory care settings.
- Interest in value-based care, clinical operations, and population health.

Compensation:$200,000 - $275,000 annually, depending on experience.
