About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Asheville and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and be able to prioritize and multitask. Key responsibilities include drafting correspondences, planning appointments, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft formal documents and correspondences
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
