Hemodialysis Treatment Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for patients with end-stage renal disease.
About the RoleAs a Hemodialysis Technician at Disability Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to clinical staff on UH policies, procedures, and dialysis theory.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will:
- Develop and implement clinical training programs tailored to meet the needs of our patients.
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager and Department Nurse Educator to ensure seamless integration of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate:
- A strong educational foundation, including a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience as a PCT in hemodialysis, preferably within the last 24 months.
- CCHT certification and a valid American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Healthcare Provider card.
