Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an Outside Plant Construction Manager to oversee project workflows, manage permitting processes, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. This role may also involve field engineering tasks in the designated market area as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) construction and engineering principles.
- Conduct pre-construction field assessments, site evaluations, and inspections.
- Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve project-related challenges.
- Delegate tasks to construction teams, establishing deadlines and completion expectations.
- Review project documentation, including construction packages and permits, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare detailed work prints, develop job cost estimates, and create bills of materials (BOM).
- Perform field evaluations and post-construction inspections to verify work quality.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for each project.
- Regularly update the project management system with current project statuses.
- Provide forecasting and reporting on project progress throughout the month.
- Collaborate with management to support operational duties in the market.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in OSP construction and engineering.
- Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations on all job sites.
- Willingness to travel to surrounding areas as necessary.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
