Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site supervision and direction to the construction team
  • Ensure thorough understanding of project contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite
  • Collaborate with project managers to create schedules and monitor progress
  • Monitor costs and prepare daily reports
  • Coordinate with inspection agencies and address any issues
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in construction or construction engineering
  • Proven expertise in healthcare construction, with commercial and multi-family experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction safety regulations, local and state building codes, and general construction processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore experience a plus
