Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate support to seniors during designated hours.
  • Assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties.
  • Facilitate mobility and transportation for appointments and social activities.
  • Observe and report any changes in clients' health and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • A kind, empathetic, and patient demeanor.
  • Prior caregiving experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related healthcare field is preferred.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance are essential.
