Certification Requirements:
AHA ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification

Position Overview:

This role involves providing care across various specialties as needed and qualified. Candidates should possess EPIC experience and have a minimum of two (2) years of recent and relevant experience.


Patient Demographics:
Adults & Geriatrics

Orientation Information:

No formal orientation will be provided for this position. Candidates must be prepared to work in any of the listed facilities without prior training.

All submitted candidates must also be considered for floating to additional locations as required.


Job Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of recent and relevant experience with no more than a 3-month gap in ICU experience.
  • Certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification.
  • Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
  • Experience in managing multi-system organ failure.
  • Proficient in Procedural Sedation Administration.
  • Knowledge in CVA/Acute Stroke management.
  • Experience in caring for ventilated patients.
  • Understanding of Infection Prevention and Isolation Precautions.
  • Experience in GI surgery is preferred.

Additional Information:
Charting system: Epic. Clinicians who do not comply with flu vaccination or declination must wear a mask throughout their shift. Providence will not consider candidates with any background or license issues.
