Folder Gluer Machine Operator

CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Folder Gluer Operator to operate, troubleshoot, and monitor the gluer machine to develop high-quality printed packaging material in accordance with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and adjust the gluer machine, ensuring efficient and precise control of feeding, batch inverting, and automatic loading.
- Monitor the operation of the machine, make necessary adjustments, clear jams, and maintain speed and quality throughout the process.
- High School diploma (or GED).
- Minimum of 3 years of Folder/Gluer equipment operation experience within the food packaging industry.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and mathematical skills necessary to compute percentages, weights, and measures.
The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
The successful candidate will be required to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
The candidate will be required to rotate shifts and work in a team environment.
The candidate will be required to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
The candidate will be required to follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and proper handling of hazardous materials.
The candidate will be required to maintain proper storage and cleanliness of the work area.
The candidate will be required to interact with the team and co-workers professionally and courteously, promoting respect and cooperation.
The candidate will be required to communicate accurate information to team members and accept feedback from leadership.
The candidate will be required to create a high-performance environment through positive leadership and team orientation.
The candidate will be required to regularly communicate with the team, provide specific feedback, and initiate corrective action when necessary.
The candidate will be required to motivate and train the crew to improve the quality and quantity of work performed.
The candidate will be required to conduct team meetings and use established channels of communication.
The candidate will be required to perform any additional tasks as required or requested by Department Leads, Shift Leads, or Management.
