Automotive Senior Technician

Join Bridgestone Americas, a leading tire and automotive services company, as a Senior Automotive Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while leading and mentoring a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems, including electrical, fuel ignition, and computer systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
- Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities and provide guidance on complex repairs.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
- A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing, and math skills.
