Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a skilled refrigeration systems technician to enhance our client's service offerings and applications for their clientele. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the industrial refrigeration sector.

Join a rapidly growing service provider that is investing heavily in expansive, high-growth markets across the country. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive OTE through unlimited overtime while receiving training on advanced machinery and acquiring new techniques and skills on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service, maintenance, and repair on industrial refrigeration equipment
  • Manage ammonia and CO2 refrigerants
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships on-site
  • Travel within a 3-hour radius
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including clear communication regarding services provided.
  • Capable of documenting reports and logs, and effectively conveying information

Background Required:

  • Mechanically qualified and experienced field technician with electrical skills
  • Proven experience in the Industrial Refrigeration industry
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home regularly
  • Experience in refrigeration (commercial or industrial)
  • Familiarity with ammonia and/or CO2 systems
  • Ambition to learn and advance professionally
  • Proficient in computer usage
