Industrial Maintenance Specialist

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist with Atlas Copco, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers' equipment.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for industrial vacuum pumps and associated equipment.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety, you will work closely with our Operations Manager to deliver high-quality service and uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine, preventative maintenance and repairs in strict adherence to manufacturer recommendations
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions using the latest tools and techniques
  • Maintaining records of all work performed using advanced hardware and software tools
  • Equipping yourself with the necessary tools and ensuring their ongoing maintenance to support high-quality service
  • Acquiring advanced skills in VSD's, PLC, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and leak audits to provide the best possible solutions
  • Participating in a rotating on-call schedule and being prepared for overtime when needed
  • Promoting knowledge-sharing and on-the-job training among colleagues to enhance collective expertise and provide outstanding service
  • Representing the company with pride, projecting a knowledgeable and customer-centric image to customers, contributing to positive Company branding

Requirements include:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, or HVAC
  • ~1+ years of technical experience with troubleshooting and resolving field equipment issues
  • Knowledge of technical expertise combining mechanical and electrical components
  • Familiarity with manufacturing/production or assembly-plant working conditions
  • Ability to work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling
  • Fluency in English, as this is our internal language
  • Travel to customer locations, out-of-town, and overnight travel
