Your Role as Chief Revenue Officer for Advancement and Growth

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing our fundraising and growth initiatives. Your primary focus will be on sustaining and expanding our impact through strategic partnerships and funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust fundraising strategy to secure over $30 million annually.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with a diverse range of corporate, foundation, and individual donors.
  • Oversee the creation of revenue-generating products and ensure alignment with best practices in messaging and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to enhance operational efficiency across regional sites.
  • Provide guidance and support to site leaders in their fundraising efforts, ensuring optimal performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in fundraising and leadership within a nonprofit environment.
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage others.
