Accounting Internship Role

As an Intern with the Accounting team, you may have an opportunity to work on:

  • Using your skills to solve business challenges on impactful projects, meetings, and presentations to senior leadership

Requirements

You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered. In this hybrid internship, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

Key Qualifications

You'll need to have:

  • Ability to complete our 10-week internship that takes place during the summer of 2025
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating between the dates of December 2025 and June 2026
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting with possible minors in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business with IT/Computer Science or related minors at an accredited college or university OR current enrollment in a Master's degree program in a field of study listed above, at an accredited college or university
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • Willingness to work in one of the following locations: Lake Mary
  • As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is part of the package, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location.
Preferred Qualifications

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in school, project work, or extra-curricular activities or clubs
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, communication/relationship management, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Digital Tools, including but not limited to areas such as Robotics (RPA), Cognitive Computing (NLP/NLG), Analytics (Python, R, SAS), Visualization (Qlik, Looker), and Blockchain

Ability to program in SQL, experience with data management, analysis, and visualization to realize absolute and incremental commercial gains, participating in the University of Central Florida Capstone Project.
