Key Responsibilities- Communicate with Electricians and other team members to ensure smooth job execution.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, hand tools, and power tools.
- Splice wires using hand tools, soldering equipment, tape, or terminal gaps.
- Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment using hand tools.
- Install control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels.
- Unwind and pull cable.
- Connect power cable to equipment using hand tools.
- Test installed equipment for safety and electrical compatibility.
- Disassemble defective electrical equipment.
- Unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials and work pieces during installation.
- Clean and perform minor maintenance activities on tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure safe traversal of uneven terrain with tools and building materials.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Minimum 6 months of industrial construction experience.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
