At Harris Hill Nursing Facility LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires serving meals, assisting with daily cleaning duties, and maintaining a high standard of food service, sanitary, and safety conditions for patients, residents, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service: Serve meals that meet established portion control procedures and therapeutic diets; prepare and portion food items such as desserts, salads, juices, coffee, and nourishments.
  • Cleaning Duties: Assist with daily or scheduled cleaning duties, including sweeping/mopping floors, washing and cleaning utensils, emptying trash containers, and sanitizing dining room tables and chairs.
  • Safety Regulations: Follow all safety regulations, infection control/universal precautions, food safety regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 17 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous dietary experience preferred.
  • High degree of personal cleanliness and hygiene required; health status suitable for food service required.
