About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and direct dietary aides as required, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor food temperatures and storage procedures to prevent spoilage and contamination.
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation, taking into account resident preferences and dietary needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, promoting a positive dining experience and ensuring their satisfaction with meal options.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
