About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our attorneys, and assisting with various tasks related to our legal practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, track inventory, and coordinate ordering
  • Coordinate in-office events to foster team culture
  • Plan marketing and community events to connect with clients
  • Track continuing education requirements for attorneys
  • E-Filing court documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone
  • Assist with office tasks such as mailings, scanning, and electronic court filings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications

Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
