Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Care Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

Job Description & Requirements

As a Registered Nurse in our float nursing pool, you will have the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month, providing 1:1 care to patients in their homes. You will have the opportunity to learn and expand your clinical skills, caring for clinically complex patients.

Requirements:

  • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
  • Previous home health experience required.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
  • Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Must commit to 10-12 shifts per month.
  • OASIS experience required, HCHB experience preferred.

**Compensation:

  • Based on experience – approximately $75 per point for regional float RN role***
  • Start of Care (SOC) visits = 2.5 points
