Job Summary

The District Manager is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for maintaining and growing the Santa Margherita USA portfolio of wines in their designated territory. This role requires a genuine passion for the wine industry, excellent business acumen, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the Santa Margherita USA portfolio at trade events, tastings, and other industry functions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the wine industry, preferably in a sales or business development role
  • Strong knowledge of the wine industry, including wine production, distribution, and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
