Minimum Qualifications

  • Dental Hygienist License: Possess a current dental hygienist license in the state of Indiana and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification and be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Experience

  • New Grads Welcome: We encourage new graduates to apply and take advantage of our comprehensive training program and ongoing support.
  • Experience with Velscope and Diagnodent: Possess experience using Velscope and Diagnodent, as well as digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: Demonstrate a desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet the needs of our patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to Perform Essential Duties: Possess the ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds, and attending virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
