As a Lead Dentist - Clinical Director at Aspen Dental, you will have the opportunity to lead a patient-centric team and make a meaningful impact in the dental industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Mentor and coach dental staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Proven leadership and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
