1. Preparation of individual, corporate, and informational tax filings.
2. Review and analysis of personal tax submissions.

4. Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations.
5. Overseeing junior staff and contributing to their training.
6. Assisting the Accounting Manager with project-based assignments.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in one of the company’s offices, with the possibility of remote work as necessary. The role requires a commitment of forty hours per week, with additional hours expected during peak tax periods.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 annually.

Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
- CPA certification or progress towards it is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulations is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software is necessary.
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess software is advantageous.
- A strong work ethic and collaborative spirit are crucial.
- High professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively are expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
