Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the storage buy pick-up process, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the storage buy pick-up process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer orders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Verify customer identity and obtain necessary information for storage buy pick-ups.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
