Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Project Lead to join our team at Quest Global.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects in the aerospace industry, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee workload and provide training opportunities to ensure team members have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and set goals for the next quarter.
  • Lead daily touch points with each team member to monitor their work, provide feedback, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to ensure high-quality deliverables and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on project status, scope, and timeline.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract top candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related technical field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, with 0-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
