Multifamily Construction Project Lead

The Multifamily Construction Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, & communicating with Superintendents to ensure quality, budget, & time frame meet the clients standards.
Our client offers a complete range of services from kickoff to execution for light commercial projects. They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top mid-sized general contractors in the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Regularly meet with clients to provide project updates, address any issues, and gather feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Monitor project expenditures and controls costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, prioritizing the health and safety of all project stakeholders.
- Participate in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, securing favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding the interests of the company.
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and facilitating resolution of any disputes or conflicts that may arise.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction, developing contingency plans to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among project stakeholders, utilizing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
For this role, we estimate a salary between $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
