At Interstate Waste Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of waste management services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety: Lead the implementation of safety initiatives to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations with regard to the entire customer experience.
- Efficiency: Establish productivity goals, manage labor hours and disposal expenses, and lead drivers to exceed productivity goals and expectations.
- High school/GED education completed, higher education is a plus.
- Ability to utilize technology in the form of a tablet and/or computer.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds.
