Job Title: Senior Micro-Inspector

Narda-MITEQ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Micro-Inspector to join our team. As a Senior Micro-Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections, tests, and audits of purchased parts, units, materials, equipment, panel/module level assemblies, and quality control programs to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units, test setups, or systems for in-process or final assemblies.
  • Inspect and may perform minor rework on defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
  • Maintain support documentation and perform sampling and testing of incoming components, raw materials, and build of assemblies.
  • Review and report performance data.
  • Ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet company and test standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience or 2-year post-secondary/Associate degree with minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of drawings, blueprints, and tolerances.
  • Familiar with industry standards such as Mil Specs, IPC-A-610.
  • Visual inspection for workmanship and print compliance using a microscope.
