Job Summary

CAIPA MSO LLC is a management service organization that provides administrative support to healthcare providers in the Greater New York City area. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining and updating user access in the compliance management system to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the user information.
  • Act as a first point of contact for system inquiries by management, employees, and providers.
  • Coordinate and track training invitations to schedule on-site and group training for provider offices and CAIPA teams.
  • Prepare training materials and templates to share with the provider offices.
  • Monitor and maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Perform new hire and monthly sanction screening for CAIPA employees and contractors.
  • Manage and address inquiries from providers regarding compliance, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to requests for assistance via telephone calls, faxes, and emails.
  • Answer provider inquiries by conducting research using government resources or referring them to the Compliance Officer.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Assist and complete various projects on time.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of personal integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently to execute on program and company initiatives under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • Two years' experience in compliance, project management, training development, or related areas in the healthcare industry.
