Job Overview

The University of Nebraska Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention supports to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. This role will assist the BCBA or BCBA-D in case management responsibilities, including data graphing and daily progress notes. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders
- Assist with data collection and analysis, including graphing and updating progress reports
- Collaborate with BCBA or BCBA-D to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, colleagues, and other service providers

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum six months' experience working with children
- Ability to obtain Registered Behavioral Technician license within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication and organizational skills
