Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to assist with medical procedures, prepare patients for examination and treatment, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procedures, such as laboratory tests and documenting patient information in the EMR-medical records system.
  • Coordinate in-office and hospital surgical procedures, obtain pre-operative testing, and write surgery orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and medical assistant certification.
  • Working knowledge of computers and data entry, preferably with eClinicalWorks (EMR) experience.
  • A pleasant and professional demeanor, self-starter ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and the ability to preserve confidentiality.
  • A desire to make a positive impact and contribute to the health and well-being of our community.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including free employee coverage for vision, dental, and life insurance, and competitive medical premiums.
  • A 403(b) retirement savings plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 3% and match 50% of the next 2% (contribute 5% to get 4% matched).
