About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Leader to drive end-to-end architecture for our Brokerage business domain. As a key member of our Fidelity Enterprise Architecture team, you will work directly with product teams across the retail investing space and the workplace investing space to design solutions that meet business priorities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall technical experience architecture of content into both pre and post login
  • Drive the modernization of our content system by moving to a headless architecture
  • Collaborate with engineering and product organizations to deliver a new platform
  • Influence across multiple business units to ensure the new web platform can be shared and consumed by all parts of the company
Requirements
  • Proven experience in architecture, including scalability, resilience, security, and data architecture
  • Experience in engineering web and/or mobile applications' end to end, with a focus on customer experience, scale, security, and performance
  • Proficient in principles of API design and its applications
  • Experience with enterprise API implementation, using REST and GraphQL federation
  • Ability to break down user interfaces into smaller reusable pieces and large-scale migrations
  • Experience with reactive and functional programming concepts
  • Experience building highly scalable architecture to support Omnichannel experience platforms
  • Experience using an enterprise CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or Contentful in a headless fashion
  • Feature Flags and A/B Tests
  • Personalization
  • Image optimization and delivery
  • I18N (Internationalization) and Translation strategies
What to Expect

An initial conversation with the assigned Technical Recruiter for overall job expectations and employment requirements. Then you will have a conversation with one of the Architecture Leads operating in the Fidelity Enterprise Architecture group. After that, a 3-part multi-panel interview where you should expect to discuss questions and scenarios around end-to-end architectural solutioning, technical background, and leadership topics with a group of your potential future peers.
