Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and learning and development across our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute employee engagement events to drive participation and enthusiasm among our team members
  • Coordinate and execute talent development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of our employees
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning and development strategy to support the growth and development of our global workforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent development needs and opportunities
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent development, employee engagement, and learning and development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in digital delivery tools and functions such as MS TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, and WebEx
