Job SummaryAs a Developmental Disabilities Specialist with Inspired Resolutions LLC, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing services, personnel management, and developing individualized service plans.

Responsibilities:

* Provide QDDP services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
* Conduct assessments, prescreening, and discharge planning
* Develop and implement individualized service plans
* Coordinate services with support coordinators
* Review documentation and write reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience working with intellectually and developmentally disabled populations
* Valid Virginia driver's license
* One year of experience working with intellectually and developmentally disabled populations
* Certifications in Therapeutic Options, First Aid, and CPR preferred
