Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our staff and guests, while ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to prepare meals for our staff and guests.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with the highest standards of food safety and quality control.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our staff and guests, ensuring that all meals are prepared to their liking and that they have a positive dining experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree or certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef in a high-volume food service environment.
- Certifications: Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with menu planning and execution.
