Patient Care Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nursing Manager to join our team at El Paso Health & Rehabilitation Center. The Senior Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that residents receive high-quality care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a nurse manager or director.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
