Job Description

A Senior Retail Sales Associate is a key member of our high-performing team, empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to develop their leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our brand and driving sales growth
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
