We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our Burn Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive efficient and effective care.
- Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure smooth throughput and high-quality care.
- Manage staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Recommend and implement courses of action to ensure a competitively superior organization.
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate's Degree or higher.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required.
- At least one year of RN experience is required.
