Job Summary
The NFL is looking for a talented individual to lead the next phase of growth for Game Pass International, its direct-to-consumer media service. As a key member of the international team, you will develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a customer-centric leader with deep video streaming expertise and a strong understanding of the global media industry.

About the Job
This position will involve working closely with the Managing Director, International Media, and other stakeholders to develop and implement the international DTC strategy for the league. You will be responsible for managing a team of internal NFL resources and external partners to deliver against subscriber and P&L targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the NFL Data & Analytics team to provide robust reporting and insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a senior leadership role in the sports or media industry
* Strong understanding of the global media industry, consumer trends, and digital business models
* Proven track record of delivering against subscriber and P&L targets
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across multiple teams
