Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SLP to join our team for the school year in Carpentersville, IL.

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with elementary and early childhood students, providing vital speech and language services to help them succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students specific goals.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students communication and academic progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).
  • Experience working with elementary and early childhood students preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
