**Job Title:** Part-Time Elementary & Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

**Location:** Carpentersville, IL

**Job Type:** Part-Time (15 hours per week)

**Job Description:**

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SLP to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Carpentersville, IL. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with elementary and early childhood students, providing vital speech and language services to help them succeed academically and socially.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students specific goals.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students communication and academic progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on speech and language goals.

**Qualifications:**

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Experience working with elementary and early childhood students preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
