Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Benefits Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, and updating customer information in our database accurately. You will also be expected to follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and meet call center metrics and goals set by management. Key Responsibilities
