Job Title: Senior Paralegal with Bilingual Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced bilingual legal assistant to join our team at The Phoenix Group Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their language skills and knowledge of the law to provide top-notch support to our attorneys.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have one year of experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a law firm, preferably with Spanish-speaking clients. We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple attorneys, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to designated attorneys, including preparing documents, maintaining calendars, and processing expense reports.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and client communication.
  • Record attorney time entries accurately and maintain case files.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a law firm.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal billing software.
