About the Role: As a legal secretary, you will provide administrative support to a partner attorney and the practice group, consisting of attorneys and a paralegal. Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar Management: Manage the partner attorney's calendar, scheduling appointments, and tracking expenses.
- Litigation Support: Provide litigation support and efiling services.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Screen calls, correspondence, and emails.
- Document Preparation: Prepare briefing materials and handle mail.
- Office Administration: Perform general office duties such as faxing, copying, and filing.
- Time Entry and Billing: Assist with time entry and billing support.
- Administrative Guidelines: Adhere to administrative guidelines and maintain task lists.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
