Position Overview: Floor Care Specialist

This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a prominent public health facility by executing daily restorative cleaning tasks for floor surfaces. The role involves the use of specialized cleaning equipment and requires physical labor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Eliminate wax accumulation from baseboards and corners
  • Strip, scrub, and restore floor surfaces
  • Clean ceramic tile areas thoroughly
  • Wash walls and eliminate stains from carpets and upholstery
  • Ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience or knowledge in floor maintenance is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while performing repetitive tasks
  • Capability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly
Work Location and Schedule:

Location: CDC Chamblee
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
