Job Summary

Vectour Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the cleaning of various areas, including facilities, shops, office spaces, and bathrooms.
  • Manage all aspects of staff discipline, including performance coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborate with various company departments to understand their needs and expectations for cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising, leading, or coaching staff.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work objectives and communicate work directives to staff in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, schedules, and records efficiently.
