Job Summary:

This role plays a key part in the delivery of multiple strategic initiatives and network-driven efforts across various business lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery that meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating work objectives and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
  • Facilitating sync points across teams and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables.
  • Managing program risk and compliance to standards.
  • Ensuring delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of prior project management experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with IT service management (ITSM) and Remedy.
  • Working familiarity with JIRA and Agile View.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed.
  • Strong risk and governance mindset.
  • Process design, remediation, and improvement skills.
  • Project management skills and disciplines.
  • Strong relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a cross-functional team.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively.
  • Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting and participating in technology change efforts in a project manager role.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a network or systems engineer delivering infrastructure services.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Visio and process mapping skills.
  • Working familiarity with PPRT and PCM for program and project management.
  • Working experience with ServiceNow.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
